FRENCH LEARNING

My name is Pauline, I’m French and I live in the Paris area. I’ve been teaching French as a foreign language since 2018 and I offer different types of lessons to all nationalities at all levels.

Before becoming a French teacher, I studied translation and interpretation in English and German. Then one day I realised that French was my favourite language. So in 2015 I decided to do a « Didactique des Langues » master’s degree with a specialisation in French as foreign language, second language and interculturality. Here I am today as a French teacher for my greatest happiness!

I’ve travelled a lot, I lived abroad (Ireland, Germany and New Zealand) and I’ve been immersed in foreign languages for more than 15 years. Therefore I know well the difficulties and the challenges to learn foreign languages! I even dedicated my thesis on learning foreign languages and how to improve learning.

I’m also an examiner of the DELF from A1 to C2 (all levels). Therefore I know both how to prepare you for the exam and how to fairly grade you. With me you’ll learn French at your own path with the last methods recommended by the CERCL.

I’m a French native speaker but speaking the language isn’t enough. That’s why I studied didactic methods. I learned how to teach French as a foreign language, I know every level (from A1 to C2). If you work with me, you’ll work with a professional teacher who is still attentive to your goals.
